For your comfort, you are always covered with a pareu (flower-printed cloth) or towel, so you may either remove all clothing before getting under it or leave just your underwear on. If you wish to remain fully clothed during your session, be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing like a sweatsuit. Jeans would be too tight, and the bulky seams don’t allow the body to lie flat and comfortable on the massage table. 

Communication between us is important, so when you come for your massage, we spend a few minutes finding out how you are feeling and where our focus will be that day. Please feel at ease to let me know if, for example, the massage pressure is too deep or painful, or if you’re cold and would like an extra blanket or towel. This is your time to be pampered. This is your time to heal. Rest assured that the privacy of our client-therapist relationship is respected.

After your massage, you will be given some time to refocus and dress. The office does have a lavatory available but, with apologies, no shower.
